The Calling Cards ("we", "us") creates personalised digital
wedding and event invitations, delivered over WhatsApp. This policy explains
what information we collect from you, why, and what we do with it. By using
our WhatsApp service or website you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
We only collect what is needed to create and deliver your invitation:
Contact details — your WhatsApp phone number and profile name.
Invitation details you provide — names of the couple or
hosts, event dates and times, venue, and any other text you ask us to
place on your invitation.
Order and chat records — your selections, order status,
and messages exchanged with our service so we can fulfil your order and
offer support.
Payment confirmation — we receive confirmation of your
payment from our payment provider. We never see or store
your card, UPI, or bank details; payments are handled entirely by
Razorpay.
2. How we use it
To create, preview, and deliver your personalised invitation.
To process payments and send order updates on WhatsApp.
To provide customer support and handle edits or corrections.
With your separate consent only — to tell you about new designs or offers.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the service:
Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) — to send and receive
your messages.
Razorpay — to process payments.
Cloud hosting providers (Cloudflare, Hetzner, Supabase)
— to run our systems and store order data securely.
4. How long we keep it
Watermarked preview videos — deleted within 30 days of
delivery.
Final invitation videos — deleted within 60 days of
delivery. If you need your invitation again after that, contact us and
we can re-create it.
Order records and event details (names, event date,
your contact number) — retained so we can provide support, meet legal
and accounting requirements, and, where you have separately consented,
tell you about relevant future designs and offers. You can have these
deleted at any time (see Your rights below).
5. Your rights & data deletion
You may ask us at any time to:
See the personal information we hold about you;
Correct it;
Delete it (message DELETE on WhatsApp or contact us below);
Withdraw consent for marketing messages (reply STOP).
We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. Children
Our service is intended for users aged 18 and above.
